QCowork is a coworking space: a flexible workspace that fosters a shared, professional community for individuals and teams. It's the perfect place for remote workers, entrepreneurs, and small teams to focus, be productive, and grow.

How do I join QCowork? Can I just show up?

Yes! You're welcome to come by anytime we're open — we're staffed Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The best way to start is by booking a tour or exploring the various membership options. We also offer a free trial day!

Is parking available at QCowork?

As a downtown Blacksburg location, we offer two paid parking options. Private Office members can add an onsite parking pass for $100/month (24/7 availability). Dedicated Desk and Coworking members can add nearby parking for $50/month (Monday–Friday 6am–6pm, Saturdays 6am–12pm). Public lots and street parking are also nearby.

What does the QCowork community look like?

Our members are diverse and work across all types of industries — including software developers, consultants, architects, media professionals, professors, and more. The QCowork community is friendly, collaborative, and supportive.

What are QCowork's hours of operation?

Members with private offices and dedicated desks have 24/7 access. Coworking members can access the space during regular business hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

All members sign our Member Agreement. We offer month-to-month memberships for coworking and dedicated desks. Private offices require a one-year commitment with monthly payments.

Can I receive mail at QCowork?

Yes! We offer Virtual Mail Services as a CMRA (Commercial Mail Receiving Agency), allowing members to use our address for business mail. We securely store your mail for convenient pickup during business hours.

Is it noisy at QCowork?

No! We maintain a calm, peaceful space with quiet music playing throughout the day. Sometimes members have small meetings or chat amongst themselves, but it's generally very quiet and perfect for a productive work day.

We have a full week of events as we gather our community and welcome new connections.

Curious about becoming a member? For future members, we’re opening our doors with free coworking all week from 9:00 AM–4:00 PM. Come experience the space, meet the community, and see what QCowork is all about. Please note that our space will have limited availability at certain times due to scheduled events, including our Yoga sessions and Lunch & Learn. We recommend checking the event schedule before you head in. Visitors who stop by in person will have the chance to enter and win a free month of coworking and take home a QCowork swag bag.
